Worst customer service ever. I won't be surprised If this business will last. Mediocre facial. If you noticed my reviews are pretty upfront and black and white. It's transparent. What you read is exactly on par with my review. Tbere are 3 reviews including my review made for this particular business.nSo you can easily pick up the real deal. Two stars is being generous. One star for ambience and another for quality products used. When it comes to service delivery that Im afraid is a mere zero. Because this is were they failed. You can have the best products but without consistency in service and delivery you won't last. Far too many competitors that can delivery. This is a one woman band . So when you are booked for say one hour it is a shared time. And you don't get any extra time to get back the lost time . Perhaps If you assert yourself there is a possibility. You don't get what you paid for. What this translates when you're having your facial etc your service gets interrupted multiple times in between what you are having done. This is done when she has to amswer incomings call, book future customers, walk in customer making enquiries so she docks out at the pre given allocated supposedly for you. The product she used on you are good quality safe and works. Its the execution of the service which is in question. Great ambience. I purchased voucher for 2 visits included. I used up first visit. However, the 2nd visit was pre booked almost a month after first visit. The owner of the shop could only fit in after Easter period which is understandable. An hour prior to the booking I received an unexpected text from her business partner claiming it couldn't be done due to last minute text from her business partner being ill. Just imagine If it were reversed. It could have ended loosing the whole lot. No contingency plan whatsoever. Worst as indicated on the message a reschedule call back will take place the following day which is today. But no call backs took place. Parking is very awkward and a bit of a stretch.
