The lady who did my nails, Lyly was sooooooo lovely ! I have natural nails so always so nervous someone will wreck them. But she was very gentle and took the time to make sure she did them exactly how I wanted them. Will be back ! Super happy ud83dude03

Went in for a pedicure today.nFantastic service so well prepped did everything and more then expected cuticles were so well done to extend how long between visits.nHaven't seen this level of service in years

I have been going to Professionail for over 10 years. I went to have refill and show the nail tech pic of nail art I wanted,it look nothing like my picture and she got rude at me when I told her it was nothing like pic, so she offered to remove it but never once said she would try too fix it. I was also charge for extra nail when it could of been saved $58 waste of moneynNot happy I will not go back they have lost my business
