Worst customer service and lash experience! Do your research ladies!!nnI booked an appointment online. When I arrived the lady was annoyed that I had booked in for lash extensions. She was rude to me and made me feel that I was an inconvenience as she proceed to tell other prospective clients she could not service them with an attitude.nnThe “lash tech” was rough pushing my head side to side and cleansed my eye area with forceful swipes. She also left me there with my eyes tapped too tight while she had a chat to a regular client.nnToo much glue was used on my lashes. They were also not applied to my natural lashes. Instead they were applied to my eyelid and on top of other lash extensions! Not only is this application completely incorrect, but it is unsafe and dangerous. The ones that were applied to my natural lashes have multiple extensions on the one lash. This is strenuous on my eyes. A lack of isolation creates a situation where some lashes pull back in growth and some push out, causing serious unseen damage to the skin.nnMy lash extensions did not follow the 0.5-0.1mm away from the skin. This has caused them to rub every time I open and close my eyes. I also feel pinching/small stabs of the lash end in my eyelid. Even blinking feels like sand rubbing in my eyes. It’s extremely uncomfortable not to mention dangerous.nnI have had these removed professionally after 5days as I was advised they could lead to serious infections, irritations and other damage. I did not trust going back here as I’d likely receive the rude behaviour and and perhaps more unsafe practices.nnRecommendations for this company:n1. Learn GOOD customer servicen2. Go to a professional lash extension course to improve your skills.

My experience's here have been the best! This is the only brow bar that I trust with threading, I've been here many times and they never disappoint ud83dudc96The gorgeous ladies who work here are so lovely, patient, and kind. I'm so happy with my brows this time, I had no eye brows before and now she has worked her magic and boom gorgeous instagram brows just like I asked for. (I get my brows tinted and threaded every time and I ask for a sharper brow) I definitely recommend this place! Just make sure you specify exactly what u want with your visit as they are very professional and will go by your request amazingly, they also always ask if you're comfortable in the chair and if you like how it's going so farud83dudc955/5 for the cute brow bar, friendly and professional staff, and pricing that allows you for your money's worth!

Have been here a few times now to get my eyebrows done !! My eyebrows always look amazing when I leave , I work shift work so being able to book as I get there and never wait too long is great !! One girl was a little rough when I got my eyelashes tinted but otherwise always love the result!

I have been getting my threading/ tinting services done here for a couple of years now. Never disappointed, definitely recommend!

Went for eyelash extensions and they got glue in my eyes and the lashes were so painful, went back and they told me that my natural lashes were too small for the extensions they used so I dont understand why they didn't tell me that before they put them on..nnGreat for eyebrow threading and tinting though so I'll be going back for that.
