Iva is amazing! My skin was much improved for my wedding and this lady knows her stuff. Great value for weekly facials.

My Sister and I paid for my Mum to have her eyebrows tattooed and she couldn't be happier with the result. Iva was very friendly and the service she offered my Mum was very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.

Avoid at all cost!! If I could give zero stars, I would! Most ratchet place and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The Scoupon/Groupon deal they offer is fraudulent. Owner demands payment at appointment after you've already booked online and presented a booking reference number. Appauling service and revelled in the fact that I may not be able to get a refund. Her words, 'good luck getting a refund'. Appointment was $149 that I may not be able to get back. Avoid booking here at ALL cost!

BEWARE!! I bought and paid for on Scoopon $149 for eyebrow tattooing. I had my voucher code after I made payment so that I could book my appointment. Iva took along time to get back to me via email only, as she does not provide a contact number to book.nI arrived at my appointment 5 minutes early, and the owner, Iva was very rude and said that you must pay by CASH ONLY. I said that I had already paid on Scoopon, so I didn’t need to pay her, however she demanded payment again. When I refused a few times, she asked me to leave, and said to me “good luck getting a refund from Scoopon” hence, I did not get my service that I’d paid for.nDo not book an appointment or have any service with this business, it’s a scam. This business has now been reported to Scoopon.

This place is fraudulent !nnThey have a Groupon deal which I purchased. It took two months for an appointment to “be available” because the consultant at Ipswich was overseas.nnWhen she returned she booked an appointment without contact on EKKA Wednesday in Ipswich.nnI had to cancel the appointment because I had to work and when I went to rebook I was denied both a REFUND and to rebook because my first appointment was still classified as “an appointment” despite cancelling 48hours beforehand.nnThe Groupon was also for 3x LED facials and I haven’t even been able to book in for ONE of the paid facials ! Not one !nnWhen I contacted the salon I get told “we are focused on new clients”, which is sad because I am yet to even visit their salon. I am a new client! This is disgusting.nnI am also purchased a second Groupon voucher which I’ve told I can’t use either. I haven’t even stepped inside your salon doors and been denied both vouchers as a new client ?!!!nnTerrible service, rip offs and scammers.
