The people who work here are always really helpful, although I don't think they keep experts on staff. The prices are pretty high, which is standard, and they really only cater for cats and dogs thoroughly, but they do have limited supplies for fish, small pets, and birds. Definitely a fun selection of bird toys. They also usually keep Nature's Miracle in stock, which as a cat rescuer I keep on hand. (Nature's Miracle Advanced Just for Cats is the only thing that works on cat pee and you have to follow the instructions and use it first!) There's probably enough here for a person with a small or uncomplicated fish tank or a simple setup for mice or rats. (Every animal needs plenty of space, and fish and small pets in particular get shortchanged constantly. They also need toys and stimulation that are safe for them!) Right next door to a vet, who is really really lovely and great but very expensive.

groomer was excellent.picked up a very sote red eye that we had not noticed.her name is Donna.very pleased with her work.

Employee's are great and I can take me dog in on a lead, only place I buy dry Dog food and toys

Some common items not in stock however I may have just been unlucky. The staff were friendly enough and there is a big range of products to choose from.

Always plenty of staff in store but never anyone to serve you. Have to jump and down to get attention. Good products but poor customer service.
