GP Plus Health Care Centre

Sa pathology operating out of go plus is appaulling went yesterday to have specific blood test done as wife is a diabetic. Was met with hostility. Where is you mask. Wife can’t wear one medical problems. Have you made a appointment. No we didn’t no we had to. No where else do you have to make a appointment didn’t even. Offer to make appointment or look at blood form wearing a mask we could not understand her. Complaint has been lodged with sa pathology. And will be make a complaint with. Health ombudsman her attitude to us was appaulling. Hostile Environment unproffesional Won’t ever be going back. First time in 10 years that this has ever happened. Stay away from. Best go somewhere else. Ps wife is a diabetic and had been fasting. To do test. And to be met with this type of behaviour is the Pitts. Quote. Ps. No responce from them as yet

GPs have been lovely and caring, though with good service comes longer wait times. Good for appointments but more challenging for a walk-in

Really wouldn't rely on their online booking. Suggest any other clinic with a decent real time online booking system

Dentist is a butcher dont trust them. They do what is best for them ($) not patient. Put in a complaint and their answer to this was to talk me into coming in for more options. This turned out as a complete waste of my time as it wasnt any new information it was stuff i already questioned them about on the phone. To top it all off the way they spoke to my 4 year old daughter was uncalled for and rude. Save your time and money and go somewhere else
