Have always had great service here by drive through staff and staff on the floor. (Especially in the heat, hats off to you guys doing what few want to do) 2 free drop offs or Kirby side a year, cant complain about that- has always been handy!

I've spent the last six years in a different council area with an unreliable waste service. I recently moved house to an area serviced by NAWMA and already they've proven to be reliable and helpful.

Unable to completely empty bins. They need new trucks and drivers that actually EMPTY rubbish bins. Had to call them back 16 times in the last 6 months to empty my bin completely.

After the truck driver half emptied out bin, i spoke to someone who was actually quite helpful, this issues is that out bin still has not been emptied and is sitting out on the road full still as we have been told not to bring it in till its empty. The issue seems to stem down to the truck drivers lack of respect for there jobs and the lack of following directions from head office. There needs to be a review into the truck drives training and attitudes.

Not happy with the pricing or service. Continually after me and it's a battle every time. they want to overcharge me to access the transfer station. Really anti- small business. Honestly we need to privatise this whole sector. It shouldn't cost more than 30 bucks to dump a load of essentially future mulch. What a joke.
