I usually don’t like to complain. Even when they ask me at the end do you like it. But I’m pissed! I spent $200 to get my hair coloured and washed... didn’t even get my head massaged... Nikki seemed like she didn’t care of what I wanted to do with my hair or how much it was important to me.. This is the second time now I’ve walked in and coming out with the same style and colour as when I walked into the joint! Waste of my money and time

Really nice staff got us in straight away as we were in a rush, did a great job on my daughters hair

The young blonde lady with all the fillers and Botox was very rude when I walked in, didn't greet me, just said hey and stood there. She only cut one side burn forgot the other, then proceeded to tell me that 'that my hair was thinning badly' and that I had 'virtually no hair left' in her exact words. That was ofcourse right before trying to sell me some product for thin hair. She definitely made my day. I could have a medical condition for all she knows. The haircut overall was very average. No cut throat razer to do the back of my neck but she said if I bring one with me next time she can do it. What a joke.nI walked past bou's for men on the way there. Just wish I stopped there.nZero out of 5 for me.n1st review ever.
