Nails were fine but I felt very uncomfortable with how I was talked to by the older male doing my nails... he asked me where I lived, if I had a boyfriend, and kept saying beautiful... I'm only 18 and he was like 40... super weird

I've been here twice but will never go back again!nThe first time my nails were put on at all different angles, they looked like they needed an infill and the polish was thin, uneven and very messy.nNail polish and dried acrylic was on my skin not just the nail.nWhen I mentioned it they cut it off my skin with clippers.nnThey also cut me with the electric nail drill many times and it felt like my hand was on fire. I said something but was told it's ok so I persevered.nI was not a first timer to getting my nails done so know they can generate heat if they don't keep the nail drill moving.nnWhen some of my nail extensions fell off two days later I went back in for it to be fixed. And noticed when they took the gel nail polish and acrylic off that they had put a hole right through my nail to the skin underneath it. No wonder it hurt so much!!!nnThere was also a big gouge in my nail from where the drill had been left on too long. My real nail underneath was already going green which is not good. I asked about it and they said it was fine, we'll put on more polish and you won't see it.nnMy doctor said it shouldn't have been covered up but treated for the infection.nGetting an infection from there doesn't surprise me now. They don't change towels or implements between clients and use the same brush and bottle of cuticle oil on everyone.nnEven the foot spas are not cleaned properly between clients. Just drained and refilled. When I asked what they clean them with, they showed me denture cleaning tablets that they use once a week!nI was absolutely disgusted. How are they allowed to operate with such unhygienic practices?

I had a manicure and pedicure here yesterday. The nail technicians were very friendly and they worked efficiently and with precision. They charged a very cheap price and I left feeling satisfied. I will return next time I'm in Toowoomba

Service here was great and at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly enough. Had a manicure and pedicure, and they turned out nicely. Definitely would come back here again.

I was a little worried because I read bad reviews but they were close to my work and I needed my nails done...I need not have worried my nails look amazing the staff were lovely and I had a great experience...seems these dayz only people with minor issues post so I am posting a VERY positive experience!!!
