Tranquil Park Maleny

Had an impromptu lunch with my daughter last Sunday and ended up at Tranquil Park. The staff were really lovely and professional, the food and beer were lovely. The view is as good as it gets and it was surprisingly quick considering how busy they were.nnI'd like to give a quick shout out to the young waitress (she snuck our food order in before the table of 30 people) which is the essence of a great hospitality worker, kudos to you.nnThank you, we will be back (I only live a few minutes away and won't go to the Maleny Pub because of terrible service)

I stayed 2 nights with my brother,sister and MUM. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the lovely Sally at the desk. We were treated like royalty from the time we arrived until the time we left. Had an awesome stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay. Dale

You cannot fault the hospitality and food at Tranquil Park and the views are (arguably) the best you can get of the Glasshouse Mountains. Only disappointment was being seated next to a wall whilst the best table was unoccupied through our entire lunch, despite us booking a few weeks in advance. Still that was the only downside and the Irish Pub feel is still there. I nice spot to enjoy a relaxing day in the Hinterland.

The views are amazing, breathtaking on fact! The staff are lovely, delivering room service to us (amazing food by the way), allowing us into our room with a phone call before hand. The room is clean and simple, with limited furniture.nThe bathroom though clean, could do with a refurbishment (rust, mouldy silicone, water damaged boards).nThe walls are paper thin so if you have neighbours talking or making a cuppa tea you can hear it all.nHaving said this, I'd be back again for sure. Priced as your average one night stay anywhere else. Lots of stairs for those with older people coming. Very large rooms. Very comfy beds. Aircon. Tea coffee jug fridge.

Fantastic views, absolutely fantastic staff however needs a complete refurbish - very old furniture and fixtures. Very old and if room next is noisy at all you hear it all in your room. Otherwise great place
