Unfortunately I am forced to give this store some positivity.nnMy partner and I purchased four boxes of Colour Royale 10.31 Permanent “Professional Hair Colour Conditioning Cream” (Lightest Golden Ash Blonde).nnWe applied the cream as directed, with the correct volume of developer and the correct mixture amount, then we waited the instructed developing time. When washing out the conditioning cream, it could be seen that the hair had not made any significant colour changes, if anything it made the already light blonde hair slightly whiter.nnAt this point we had used 2 boxes of conditioning cream and are not prepared to use the other two boxes we intended for re-application, re-colour and root touch-up.nnSo as any customer would we returned to the store of purchase, with our receipt for proof of purchase and as anyone would assume, unused and unopened products and/or faulty/misleading products may be returned for an exchange or refund.nnAccording to the condescending staff who we were so glad to experience today, this following statement that appears upon the receipt is false and invalid...nn“Product(s) purchased must be used in accordance with directions for use. You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit if the products you have bought are: 1. Faulty 2. Significantly different to those shown or described to you 3. Not fit for any specified purpose. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. Proof of purchase must be provided upon return of the goods.”nnThankyou so much for our experience in-store with you.nnPoor CommunicationnLack of responsibility and customer friendlinessnFaulty and misleading productsnnWouldn’t consider purchasing products from this store again, very disappointed.
