Territory Manor Motel & Caravan Park

Stayed here 31st May. Vey very nice appointed rooms, very comfortable queen size bed with great hot water. Host are very approachable, unfortunately there is a huge staff shortage in the Territory so book early, no earlier or you will miss out. The location is great just down the road are the springs etc. This is awesome value for the money and very quite. Book early or you will miss out. Highly recommend this motel caravan park.

If you're looking for a nice place to sit down and enjoy lunch in Mataranka the Manor is the place for you. The staff are friendly I forgot my glasses in the car and the bar lady was kind enough to read me the menu ud83dude4fnnI wasn't expecting much when I ordered the Territory Burger but WOW it was absolutely everything you'd hope for when you've been working hard all morning definitely be back here againnnud83dude0bud83cudf74

A great place to stay for a few days. The Territory Manor Caravan Parks offers roomy shaded caravan sites as well as providing great meals from the hotel bistro. It was a bit of fun feeding the Barramundi in their pond. A great base for exploring the thermal springs at Bitter Springs (just down the road that runs alongside the caravan park) or Rainbow Springs at the Mataranka Homestead Park. A few K's down the highway is the Elsey Station Cemetery {Elsey Station from We of the Never Never fame). Mataranka also has an interesting museum which is pretty much just across the road from the caravan park.

The owners and their son were/are great to deal with.nAs newish owners they do have their work ahead of them. But their attitude and the upkeep, changes, maintenance is already showing.nI would and I am recommending anyone give this accommodation a go.nRooms are clean and comfortable.nNo issues from me.nLive music and a few beers with dinner and I am sure my night with be great.

The restaurant is great and affordable. The food tastes, looks amazing and it's a good portion. I'd definitely recommend the stir fry beef noodles, it is not spicy.nI haven't tried the accommodation yet, but I'm definitely gonna check it out next time.
