HellonI would like to pass onto the two lady’s, and also onto Management, my thanks to the two lady’s who provided half leg waxes to my 13 year old daughter and myself this past Saturday morning, 17th October. I wish I knew their names but unfortunately I do not.nnFirstly, they squeezed us in even though I was late for my appointment, which was very kind of them. They were also very bright and lovely and kind, and they just created a lovely happy energy at the shop. The lady who waxed my legs has been doing so for many years now, and is always so kind and professional, and just a total pleasure to deal with.nnI personally have not met before the lady who waxed my daughters legs, but my daughter came out from her appointment all upbeat and happy, having had a lovely chat with the lady who waxed her legs. My daughter Grace talked through some school issues with her, and this lady made her feel understood and empowered to navigate her way through them - which as a Mum I was very grateful for.nnOur time at Wax Therapy was such a happy and uplifting part of our day on Saturday, so I wanted to share with you what a positive, professional and happy impact those two lady’s made on both my daughter and myself. I would like to thank them very much, and it is my hope that Management at Wax Therapy acknowledge these two fine people for their excellent work. Aside from making people feel good to be in their company, the waxing is always of the highest standard - which is why we have been coming for years now.nnWith thanks and good wishes.

Always friendly, professional and attentive service from all of the ladies. Candice is amazing and the sugaring is so much better than waxing!

At first I was pretty unsure about this place because of the few bad reviews on Google. I've had an appointment for an eyebrow tidy and it was great. Punctual, professional, quick (waxing took about 5/7 mins), place was clean, nice job on my eyebrows.

If I could rate this a 0 I would, the biggest rip of I’ve ever been too! I got a lash lift from these guys and before I could even check how they were they pushed me out the door and made me pay. I got home to my lashes diggin into my eye lids because of how frizzled they were. I went up to see them and see how I could fix this and the ladies were so rude about it and were not happy to give me any compensation. Disgusting behaviour that business should not be running.
