Unprofessional to be waiting 35 minutes for an appointment. They had a different time booked than what they gave me. I was so upset i could not wait any longer Happy to say she did organise for me to get a refund but i would never go there again

Lovely relaxing few hours with my go to beautician. Could whoever is responsible for ordering ensure that the therapists have everything they need to do their job. No nail polish quick dry and several products not available. Thank you .

Incredible experience, I had a full body massage and exfoliation with Lee and I have never been so relaxed. I went in a bit stressed from the year we have had and when I left I felt like I was glowing and couldn't stop smiling, I will have to come back!
