Had some sessions at this clinic and the customer service was always great. Due to me re-locating to another state, the owner was extremely kind and helpful in regard to offering me options for my future treatments. Would recommend these guys 100%.

First time using SILK Laser Clinics in Ipswich for laser hair removal. Easy online booking service with competitive pricing. The premises was clean and reception was friendly and accommodating. I loved that the waiting area is further back, so people walking pass in the shopping mall aren't seeing who is waiting. My clinician was very friendly, professional and very thorough. 5 stars from me and already booked in for my next session!
