Banshees Bar & Art Space

We went to a gig on a Friday night. Playing were Death by Carrot, PistonFist and Odysseus. This was a sold out event. Despite this, there was no feeling of being overcrowded.nIt was a wonderfully quirky space, with interesting art in abundance. The decor was funky and much of the art was for sale.nThe bar was impressively stocked and the staff were friendly and efficient. The bar prices were surprisingly low.nThe sound of the venue was first rate.nThis would be a great space to spend time with friends, alone or with someone special.nHighly recommended.

Very nice cosy place, perfect for a enjoyable drink and a spread or music. Range of alcohol is solid and the bar tender has great recommendations.

Best place for a drink in Ipswich. Great live music and the best bar staff.
