The George

I went to the George this afternoon for high tea. Reasonable price and great venue. We really enjoyed the savoury options however the sweets options were average. We thought the service could be better. We weren't given a menu at the start and service was slow - hard to get staff attention and we had to ask for fresh cups when we ordered extra tea.

My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful champagne breakfast, the amazing food and great atmosphere was complemented by the friendly and professional bar tender who served us. I am recommending to all my friends to go here when they are in the city. ud83eudd29ud83eudd29

Very nice venue. I attended for a High tea which was really nice. Service was slow though, it took ages to get our tea. The staff were very friendly, just too many customers and not enough staff. I would recommend

First time at The George for dinner. The staff were really good, inventive, friendly and our food was excellent. Alvi (I think that was his name) was outstanding, he provided us with great service and assisted us through the night on any matters. Will becoming back for sure. Highly recommended.
