Samuels on Mill

I had the pleasure of staying at The Hilton & I ate at Samuels twice. Both lunch meals were delicious & significant in size. The staff were very prompt & knowledgeable about the menu. Enjoyed the relaxing ambience and open kitchen. Highly recommend.

The Bar at the Parmelia Hilton is perfect for the quiet end of the day drink or tired traveller. Prices are reasonable. Not sure I'll be going out of my way to get there

Popped in for a quick lunch and was made so very welcome. Lovely staff bent over backwards Jeremyin particular was brilliant a lovely genuine man so keen to make sure we had everything wanted and because it was mothers day gave my wife some complimentary Petit fours.nHowever the big secret is the crab linguine. Run don't walk get here now this is what the linguine looks like after 2 minutes

This restaurant is a beautiful, peaceful space with lovely, attentive staff. The food was just divine and the chefs were very happy to adjust the meals to make them gluten free for me. I would go again. A very nice experience.

My wife and I had a fantastic lunch today, great service, great atmosphere were you could have a relaxed meal, great food and drinks which were included in the price, great to see linen napkins too, complimentary bread with a wonderful smoked butter - FANTASTIC VALUE!!!! We will definitely be back.
