Shrimplovers

Had a great experience at Shrimplovers! The person who served me was super knowledgeable and friendly, showed me products I hadn't seen before and have great advice. Zip Pay is available in-store. My GPS took me to a nearby residential street address for some reason, but when I reentered the shop name it corrected. Would suggest double checking Google is taking you to Spring Lake Metro Shopping Centre. Great selection of live fish and shrimp, plants, accessories and fish keeping essentials.

Store is nicely set up and a great range of fish. As an amateur fish keeper I was asking questions about fish, being in a fish store and all. I was greeted by who must have been the owner who basically told me I didn't know what I was doing and to google fish. So here I am on google, googling my fish and leaving a review, thanks for tip :)

Very clean shop with clean tanks. Huge range. Two staff members from what I've seen. Young bloke was super helpful and helped me with every question I had. Went well and truly beyond what I expected customer service to be like. Was lined up to order $500 worth of lights but the service from the female staff was appalling. Barely made eye contact. Very cold, short and made me feel like I was a burden, she was even cold to the young bloke when he asked a question he wasn't sure of. I will not be back there purely for that reason, and that young bloke is well and truly holding himself back working for a lady like that.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff with a good range of fish and supplies as well as some great rock and drift wood. 100 percent worth a look if you're into fresh water tanks.

Visited their shop this morning. Nice set up with clean and well maintained tanks. There were two staff. One was busy serving another client but was nice enough to greet me. Another staff, didn't seem all that friendly and made me feel like an intrusion since I was just having a browse. She could not afford even the slightest smile while I was there. Honestly pretty disappointed with the cold treatment with as I was initially very excited to visit and plan my tank.
