Reef Secrets Aquariums

This shop has g great potential being so close to Burleigh Heads. The stock in the shop is great but the customer service is very very poor. Visiting this shop actually makes you want to quit the hobby all together because the guys running the shop and the other employees, have completely lost the love for the hobby or the concept of customer service. I am going back to Guppy Aquarium Supplies or Reefurbished for my next purchases.

Amazing customer service! Every order I make is shipped out the same day or next without any delay. Very quick and efficient. Would highly recommend this store!

The owner is all ways rude , talks down to you like you dont know anything and will even ignore you some times when your in there , not a very friendly store

Got offered a good price on something a short while ago but because I couldn’t remember who the staff member was at the time the guy talking to me came off as rude. When trying to figure out who it was who served me last time the Staff member Referred to a previous staff member as a disability guy. Owner says he only hired the guy because he had a disability! That’s not something you should be saying about your staff especially when it’s a sensitive topic for Some!
