Need to stop going I keep leaving with animals

Very very disappointing service. Ordered an item and asked to pay up front hoping for a call back after a week. Didn't hear anything and rang the shop, but the person who answered the call (who took the order too) didn't have any clue what I was talking about. After couple hours follow up call made by me and got the answer saying everything is good and item is coming soon. After a fortnight, another call I made but the person from other side couldn't find order details at all. Had to provide exact amount, date and time to find the order details. Finally found the details about my payment but not my item. T customer service has to be better than this, I think.
