Really poor management that wouldn't exchange a faulty item. Bought top of the line and recieved no support.

I ordered a dog mussle on line was too large they were happy too exchange for smaller size

Overall amazing place! Has heaps of fish, and some tiny cute little gold fish for a cheap price. Good products for cats, and birds. They have lots of tank items for fish. Awesome service when you aren’t sure of what you are looking for. They even have little cages for rescue cats, and you can talk and play with them!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff great variety of stock for your pets.

Always able to get the product we wanted and staff are very helpful.
