They don't take appointments for nail clipping. They tell you to ring a bell for the groomer, but the groomer wears ear muffs, so expect to wait around for a long time with no service (30+ minutes). I then asked again at the front about nail clipping and to have help to get a new harmess fitted. I was fobbed off and told to ring the bell for the groomer (wearing her ear muffs) and told I'd be helped once my dogs nails are clipped. Absolutely terrible customer service.
