The staff were lovely in helping me choose what food, bedding and cage to get for my mouse when I decided to take her home. They were also great at helping my sister find some items to put in her beta fishes tank that he wouldn't be able to hurt himself on and why he kept swimming up to his filter and being pushed away from it. 10/10 would recommend

Great selection both in store and online. My only issue was the limited stock on the more popular products. Otherwise prices are great and they send members discounts and offers regularly. My preferred store for most if not all my pet needs.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They are not even worth half a star. I tried to give them no star but it wouldn't let me post without giving them one star. Danielle is so rude she should not have a job. I phoned to ask if they shampoo and clip dogs and her reply was 'no we don't' and she hung up on me. I complained to her boss about it and all he said was 'she was having a bad day.' Absolutely appalling service and the manager is too weak to do anything about it.

The store is big and fancy but the prices for the stuff are quite high good stuff but nicer cheaper stuff can be found elsewhere 3 stars
