Slow service no wait service very slow

The bistro upstairs is very nice. Full menu with senior's discounts. A fantastic roast of the day (three meats to choose from), full bar and coffee.

Ordered a meal at around 1:30 and now at 2:11, I'm still waiting for the meal. When my mother asked about the order, the cashier asked the chef, and the chef shook their heads as if to say the order isn't ready yet. My mother waited to eat her meal until mine and my grandmother's came, but after waiting over 15 minutes, I told her to just eat anyway.nThe food seems good, and I understand it's busy, but my mum and her boyfriend order their food after I did, and yet got theirs on time. Must just be bad luck for me and my grandmother.
