Commercial Road Public Bar

This was my second home. There were never any fights, everyone was welcome and you never felt out of place. Sad to see them close but happy to see they have opened another bar Queens in Fortitude Valley :D

Nice.nIt's authentic and non pretentious.nnFeels home run and easy place to get out of the urban gentrification.nnWhat's not to love?nnNot many bars like this left in Brisbane, and it's pretty much new.

THE BEST pizza in Brisbane .. always add the burrata to your pizza. The food is always so fresh and you can tell there is love and care that goes into it. Fun decor, on point cocktails and yum wines. Lovely service and team always. Love you guys ud83dudc95ud83dudc95

Great little spot in the heart of Newstead. Doesn't fit the typical Newstead vibe and that's why it's so great! Amazing selection of wines changing weekly and killer food options! The Fig Pizza is phenomenal.

Love what the team has done here, opening during a pandemic too! Support small business. Great place.nnOwner of the business is a great guy, can't say the same about his landlord though! Have had run ins with her on the street! So nasty for Newstead.
