I recently visited this hair lounge to get a keratin treatment done. Before I booked I asked Dawn many questions and she answered them all very nicely and gave me time to think about my decision. I am so incredibly glad I went ahead with it!! Wendy did my treatment and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable and welcomed right from the start and was incredibly thorough with my treatment. She was professional, funny, and kind, and always ensured I was comfortable. Both Dawn and Wendy were very easy to talk to which made the 3.5 hours fly by. Words can’t even describe how happy I am with my treatment by Wendy! My hair has never been this smooth and manageable, I will definitely be visiting this hair lounge again.
