I had my eyebrows done yesterday for the first time, i Took a photo before and after there is no difference, I paid $28 and she basically waxed the peach fuzz around my eyebrows then said because my eyebrows were sparse she didn’t want to remove anymore. The employe was polite but I feel I was ripped off, if they told me before hand that there wasn’t much they were going to remove I would of not had it done as it was pretty expensive, They were barely even trimmed, nothing.

Exploitative. They abuse their staff. Was informed by lovely worker that they are required to do unpaid over time every day, don't get lunch breaks and don't get a roster. Expected to be available 7 days a week to work.
