This is my go-to nail bar.nI love it. Quality is always long lasting. Staff are kind. They offer 10% off for cash, Westfield staff and students. The far end pedicure chair (furthest from the entrance) is broken, don’t sit there.

Should have read the reviews properly... had SNS done, nails came out so thick (they used 4 layers of the coloured powder), other nail salons usually use 2, sometimes 3. I was also not asked what shape I wanted, instead I have these massive square thick blobs on my fingertips. Also very uneven. This was my worst experience at a nail salon to date. Other rainbow nail locations have been good. I’ve had to ask another salon to fix my nails within hours after getting them done because I could not stand to look at them.

I don’t have a nail on one of my thumbs at the moment and I asked for a discount or $5 off because I was paying for a full set and this was refused and I was laughed at when I asked. I shouldn’t have to pay for a full set if I don’t have 10 nails.

The lady doing my pedicure was so rude, she made me feel uncomfortable the whole time because she clearly didn’t want to be there. The water to put my feet into was cold and when I asked for the massage chair to be turned on she huffed and handed me the remote like it was such a chore. The other workers seemed nice but I wouldn’t even bother going there.
