Staff member AKA name Sarah that I spoke to was extremely rude and not suitable for this business and had poorly customer service.nnIf she is not given proper training on how to deal with the customers, I am sure your business will suffer. I am informing you as I do not want to speak to her again and might even stop doing business with you in the future if she does not change her attitude. Customers are the spine of any business and they deserve respect and kindness.nnWould not recommend this clinic in future!!!

Best laser experience and very professional service by Sarah. She is a very good technician, very friendly, quick and not painful at all. The results are awesome and I highly rate her work. Thanks Sarah!

Pricey and Unprofessional ServicennBooked 3 x prepaid microneedling sessions in this clinic. I have a scar on my forehead which I had when I was a kid. The scar reminds me of the incident so I decided to have it treated as I see many clinics offering to treat scars.nnOn my first time in this clinic, staff was so harsh using the dermaroller in my forehead. It was so painful than I expected. Staff told me redness will subside in 24 to 48 hrs. But it took 7days for the redness to slightly go.nnWent back after 4weeks for the next session. Staff looked at my skin and can tell it is no good to proceed with the microneedling as the redness is still present and looks like it was not yet healed. The remaining credits that I prepaid for microneedling was then advised to be used for LED therapy instead to expedite healing of my skin.nnI have no choice but to undergo LED as I really wanted my skin to heal. On my 3rd and last session for LED using my remaining credits, I was asked with another staff if I have questions with other therapies.nnI asked if they have something to brighten under eye as I have noticed with less sleep dark circles they’re becoming more prominent that usual. I’m 28 and just curious.nnStaff replied saying something along the lines that it’s my heredity and she can’t reverse heredity (you know). A question that should’ve been answered with a yes or no.nnI wish all the best for their business and hoping their services will get better in the future. As for me, I have no plans of coming back.
