Marvellous Nails

Nail salon advertises Shellac nails. Clearly use a cheaper and inferior product than Shellac. Technician was rude. What should be a relaxing experience, was anything but relaxing and enjoyable. It seemed rushed and I am very disappointed with the result.nnI would recommend that you use another nail salon. I will not be back again.

Worst experience at a nail salon to date.nnI went in for a pedicure and they had me soaking my feet in cold water for an hour and a half. Meanwhile other bookings arrived (who were a pre-booked wedding party) and they were told that they must have not properly booked them in. As a result the wedding party and the current clients were delayed and given substandard services. I paid for and arranged for a shellac french tip service. I am home now and an hour later my nails are still not dry. My french tips are uneven and patchy AND they demanded an additional $10 for the service. When receiving my service I also asked why the original polish was not being removed. I was told they do not do that in their salon. I was also informed that the woman who was doing my nails is not usually a nail technician that infact she usually just assists with the cleaning of the salon. She has not done this line of work for over 12 years. There was no apology and no discount. I was made to pay for this experience; My nails are smudged, chipped and still wet.nnDo not attend this salon, the technicians are NOT trained, or qualified and are very disorganized and very rude.
