Q&A Nails

The team at Q&A nails is great. Efficient, but with great attention to detail, it’s excellent value and I love supporting a local business. I’ve never had bad service and if I’ve ever had a problem, the girls ha e resolved it or fixed it free of charge. Definitely recommend.

DO'T EVER COME IN!! The staff was terribly rude and NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. I chose the nail polish option and she sounded mad and tried to recommend the shellac nail service all the time. Then she did my nail so terribly. She simply buffed my nails and just quickly applied the nail polish quickly. The nails were poorly done and the coat fall off quickly within one hour. She indeed friendly toward the girl who said she wanna did the shellac nail. HATE THIS SHOP

First time at this salon, they were quick and quality. Had acrilic refill with shellac, the ladies were friendly and thorough, will be back for my next nail treatment.

To the people saying the staff were rude.. obviously English isn't their first language. They're not being rude.. they're trying to communicate with you.nnI had a lovely experience. Bit rushed.. but thats only because the lovely staff members turn no one away.nnOnly thing is maybe the business might benefit in doing bookings on weekends so it doesn't get so crowded and treatments aren't rushed.nnOther than that I had a great time and my toes are pretty again ud83dude0a

Understaffed so rushed work. Only did one coat, so looks patchy. Cut my cuticle doing some unnecessary cuticle trimming. Watched tools that can be sterilized used between clients with no cleaning whatsoever. No single use items other than gloves. Shudder to think last time brushes and clippers where cleaned.nNot impressed for $50.nHave previously had a leg wax here and the backroom is very untidy and appeared dirty.nStaff are always polite and lovely I think main issue is management not prioritising hygiene standards.nWon't be back unless hygiene standards improve dramatically.
