Ocean Spa Nails Sippy Downs

It’s the first time using this spa. Will never go there again. I have got cuts all on my cuticles. My hands were so sore after the treatment. I took photos to prove it. Went for a manicure and pedicure. The whole treatment was 30 minutes for $60. Not with it at all

Was charged $130 for a manicure with minimal nail art and a pedicure! Even after I was told at check out it was $50 for each. I called them and was told nail art was an extra $15 which I was never told at the time. Even so, that still doesn’t add up to $130. It should have been $115 max! Terrible customer service. Problem was never sorted over the phone. I will not be back. Complete rip off.

Went to here 20min ago for pedicure. The staff forgot some step(left foot pusher) when she remove the cuticle. So I told her but she did only one toe. And the result is as like the photo. terrible. Paid $40 and service time was less than 20min. Definitely waste of my money. Will never visit again.

Very pleasant staff and a good vibe in the salon.

Got a fresh full set of acrylic nails with white white and pink ombre for $75 very nice job very happy with friendly service and perfect nails. Will be back again for infills thank you!!
