Great Keppel Island Hideaway

Good atmosphere. Food is not bad and it is understandable that prices are higher than mainland. Though things like a $10 card minimum than charging $2 for a little sauce makes for an annoying experience. Not being told at the time of ordering my meal and then having to go back and order something over $10 to get a bit of tomato sauce. Overall good experience, location definitely makes it nice.

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was pretty good. Don't come here with huge expectations of a luxurious resort, just kick back and relax and enjoy the nature and the good vibes.

Lovely place, very reasonable prices for rooms and food/drinks, staff was all super friendly and helpful, close to gorgeous beaches and plenty of walking trails, a perfect place to stay. Highly recommend checking out this little slice of paradise.

I had a lovely stay at the GKI Hideaway.nThe accommodation is not luxurious and is a bit tired and could use some updating.. But didn’t come here to spend time in my room. The prices are very reasonable also.nnThe opportunities for outdoor enjoyment are amazing, for all the family, experienced adventurer to young children.nnI found the staff to be very helpful and every interaction was positive. They seemed to love what they do and loved to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible.nnThe meals were very generous also.nnThank you GKI Hideaway for a great stay.

Great place to chill out and explore the island. Best accomodation for all budgets. Good camp kitchen and amenities. Best snorkelling off Monkey beach. Not much to do in the evening on the island bar one restaurant so bring something to keep you entertained.
