Kathleen presents her services very well. Unfortunately after paying $400 for permanent eyeliner, the treatment didn't take and disappeared within 3 days. Kathleen offered to redo the treatment for no charge and again it disappeared within days. I asked for a partial refund and was refused. While I'm sure some of Kathleen's treatments work well, prospective clients need to know that they could be paying a lot of money for no result.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kathleen for the incredible job she did on my eyebrows. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend her for anything . She was very thorough and made sure it was perfect. Love it!!! :)
