They over charge and did not tell us they charge from the time they leave their depot to the time they return. Our bed was dissembled and cannot be put back together, They blame the wood and the hand made metal joints. Very hostile attitude. On the phone they told us they can pack, but on the day, they said they are movers not packers. They had to make 2 trips even though the truck was not full, so they can charge more.

The removalist I initially booked didn't turn up, Mike was kind enough to help given the short notice. They were very careful while moving the items,we will definitely use them again. The chargers are reasonable given they are very professional

Moving 90+ boxes of books plus 7 bookcases and a computer desk and an office desk might seem hard enough but having to negotiate three flights of stairs might be your worst nightmare. We moved house on Saturday and used Executive Removals Tasmania. The guys that turned up were excellent. They were professional and really nice, they took good care of our things and were very efficient. With a little help from me, we managed to move all of our stuff 30 minutes away within under 4 hours. Communication with Mike for the booking was also very smooth and responsive. I'd definitely use them again.
