It is shut (April 2021) and has been shut for a while. People do camp there in the car park but there are no facilities. Better off camping at Peawah River just a bit further along.

Sadly this site is no longer open but it used to be such a nice stop between Hedland and Karratha. Automated fuel if you need some still at site and nice Anzac memorial.

The pub is closed there is no water or toilets but there is desiel fuel only. If you want a quite camp site this is the place to be.

Whim Creek is closed down, there is only a prepay fuel bowser for truckies

Pub is no longer open. The car park is still available for overnight stopover while travelling and there is a 24 hr diesel fuel pump available..........that's it.
