Nice pub food could have been a little better

First time visit, was invited to join a group of friends at the tavern for lunch. Parking good, access easy, Seniors lunch good, I had sirloin steak, chips and salad, a friend had grilled fish, chips and salad. All attending seem very satisfied with food, staff and surroundings.

Had a great time with wonderful company. They do a special deal for our befriend group. So nice of them to encourage the local community and help foster a sense of community.

2021 April, and May. Dinner time, 1830H. The foods are very good, service is normal, place, and ambiance is very good. toilet is good. Waiting time for the food to arrive is approximately 15minutes.
