Opal Nails

Absolute butchers. DO NOT GO HERE! It is unsafe and I will be reporting them to the local health authority. My partner had his toe nails cut too short and they all bled. He is in agony and likely to end up with in grown toe nails.

Worst pedi I’ve ever had! There shouldn’t be any blood or pain involved in this experience so disgusted with this service!

The young guy with the black nails seems good at his job but it was only yesterday so time will tell but hes very abrupt and after one coat he rudely ran out the door with his phone .. when he was doing the first coat of a dark colour it was so light as the bottle must of been old and he had to keep shaking it to get the colour, anyway a nice young girl took over and after the second coat it was still too light nothing like the colour i picked so I mentioned this to her and she said no worries i will do a third coat, she was half way through doing this when the older lady owner went off at her for a good five minutes in their language in front of customers and totally embarrassed her when it wasn't her fault that their product had dried up, so rude and nasty, I felt terrible for the young girl, and I tried to say loudly a couple of times that the colour wasn't right and thanked her .. when the guy came back I mentioned it to him and he seem agitated to see i was still sitting there drying my infill and turned the machine off early and hurried me off .. never experienced anything like this, even when an elderly lady came to the counter to enquire, the old owner snapped at her, she left ..nWon't be back, getting your nails done is suppose to be enjoyable not a rude uncomfortable time, the owner is awful and should learn how to treat her employeesnJulie

Very average nails.nPaid $75 for full set acrylics and toes painted the same colour.nToes are a different colour to my hands when you put them side by side.nMy acrylics are very average.. the paint job is pretty bad and I have one wonky nail..nWont be returning
