I would give a zero if possible. This is the absolute WORST hairdressing experience I have ever had. Not only was the stylist not friendly, but she advised I could only have bleach for my foils, not even a blonde colour plus she used the same brush on my hair as she used on the previous client without sterilising it and she did not use any styling products in my hair when she blow dried it. I wanted my hair cut short, but I did not trust her to do a good job as it is I have some sort and long layers badly cut on my crown. I will NEVER go to this salon again. Extremely Poor service. bad quality of hairdressing and poor customer treatment.

I'm quite disappointed - I rang to ask for a rough quote and was put on hold several times and when I asked if there were any available bookings I was placed on hold several more times. Staff on the phone were rude and did not seem interested in helping me out as a new client.
