I purchased a vitality package voucher for my wife and was told she would receive a 1/2 hour massage & 45min facial. Her appointment commenced at 11:15am so should have finished at 12:30pm but they finished her at 12:23pm. When she asked why she wasn’t given the full 1.5hrs she was told that all salons do the same and that usually they will spend the first 5 or so minutes talking, but in her case she didn’t talk so they cut off 7 minutes at the end.nVery bizarre explanation and doesn’t sit well with her, so won’t be back!

I love this salon. I had a pedicure and the most relaxing facial on the weekend and overall it was fabulous. The treatment was better than i anticipated, the products were beautiful and the therapist ensured I left feeling pampered and can't wait to return. Very professional experience.

Full body exfoliation treatment, microdermabrasion and facial were exceptional. Will definitely be back.
