New owners are really friendly. Good staff aswell. Last owner lady was really bad. Great tasting coffee.

Closed when it should be open!!! Waited 15 minutes in case they had to run for a toilet break trying to give them some benefit but no. It's closed at 2.20pm when it should be open and not even a note on the door to inform and apologize. Whats the point of having a shop especially at a train station and not have it open???

This place is worst ever. No good customer service and the owner is way too much rude. She doesn't know how to be polite.

The lady that works there is lovely.

The customer service was horrible. The woman is very grumpy there, wouldn’t help me nicely and then was very rude towards me and my friend. I have heard my other friends say that she isn’t very nice to them either. I’m guessing this is a general thing that she does, not be nice to her customers and doesn’t provide good customer service.
