Rainbow Nails

First time and also the last time to Rainbow nails. Definitely won’t go back and recommend to people.nThe nail technicians who attended me and my friends tonight were just rude and disrespectful. I asked one of the ladies if I could see two colours before deciding. The lady (whom I talked to) laughed and talked to a lady next to her in their language and walked away without acknowledging or responding to my request. I felt awkward by her reaction thinking whether she’s laughing about me for asking colour testing, especially for someone who doesn’t understand what they are saying. Im not saying the shop has to provide colour testing. However, if that’s a service you don’t normally do, then just simply explain to the customer! Any reasonable person would understand that and/or accept if extra charge would apply.nDuring the whole time, these two ladies were just so absent-minded. They were chatting to people across the room in their language while doing your nail, or standing up, looking around the room (just not looking at you at all) and seems like trying to do staff arranging. When it’s time to put your hand in the heating machine, she only tapped on the machine to TELL you to put hands in, or only said one word “YUP”.nThe whole time there tonight was just rushed and the customer service needs to be improved.

I go here every few weeks for acrylics or infills and am served by a different technician each time - they always do an incredible job on my bitten down nails. I took my mum to get her nails done this week, and instead of acrylic tips as she usually gets, she was recommended by her technician to get just infill powder over her natural nail. She was extremely nervous about it due to how brittle and poorly shaped her natural nails felt, but let the lovely lady work. She left glowing and extremely happy with how natural they looked - and paid less than a full set!

went here once a few years ago and was unhappy with the service, but decided to give it another chance. i was initially really happy with my set, but after a few weeks, they started to absolutely wreck my natural nails – have never had this happen before with any other acrylic i have gotten done. i will now have to wait another few months before i can get my nails done again due to how horrifically my natural nails have been damaged. really disappointed.

Would not recommend at all. Had to wait ages after my booking time. The ladies I had were both rude. I had a chunk taken out of my heel during my pedicure from how rough she was. Then I had an infil which the lady proceeded to push and pull my hands. Zero communication. Terrible shaping, literally got 10 different shapes of my nails and the paint job is very average. First and last time I will go here. Hugely disappointed!!

Appalling customer service. Waited over 30 minutes with my feet in cold water to be told “wait a few more minutes” while they serve a woman who walked in only 5 minutes ago! I said sorry, but I’m going to leave now. No understanding or acknowledgement of inappropriateness of the service. Completely out of touch. You’ve just lost a regular customer.
