Beauty Stop

This is my go to store for getting my nails done at Chermside, I have tried several others at the shopping centre and none of them even come close to the amazing nails I get at Beauty Stop Chermside... I like to change it up, and no matter they style I bring them... They smash if everytime... Special thanks to the boys, I personally love ya work... Thank you, thank you, thank you... I got my first full set since pre-covid and they are lovely! The gentleman who did my nails was very thorough and spent a fair amount of time making sure my nails were the same shape and length. They are not too thick and he did not damage my already dry and cracked cuticles! The poor team seemed busy (as they do in most nail salons) but he apologised when he had to attend to other customers and I never felt I was not the top priority. I will absolutely be back for my infills and pedicures!

Had a pedicure this afternoon and it NEVER dried. 5 hours later it smudged like it never dried.nVery very unhappy... $35 for smudged nails.

I had the worst experience yesterday at this nail salon, they were very unhappy and treated me poorly because I got normal manicure instead of gel. I am still paying for this service so they should be kind to me. I have the right to choose what manicure I wanna get. Pls don’t go there and waste your money. Horrible customer service as the previous time I went there I got a pedicure and they made my toe bleed and the same lady did my nails yesterday and she was again so rude and unhappy.nWorse customer service !!!

Very disappointed with my service. Felt rushed because he had people waiting. My nails are looking bad. Very very poor service. I wish people value your money and time. Should do a good service for everyone.nnWouldn't come back definitely. So disappointed
