Absolutely horrendous service. I have been waiting for a delivery for over three weeks now. Tracking says its in transit and has been saying this for 3 weeks. I have sent about 10 emails and not one reply. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER. 1 Star is too generous but couldn't give zero.
Very happy with their service. Item was delivered before the ETA. Driver called me on mobile to ask for instructions, as i was not at home at the time of delivery. It took less than 48 hours to get a bulky item from the GC to Brisbane. Tracking is simple and clear. SMS alerts, very useful. Well done

Do not use them. You have been warned. They will not deliver on time and there customer service is worse than there so called delivery or so they call it. They take no responsibility and blame others. They don't know actually where your product is and even then said that they will now foward it now that I have dealt with them.nShame we can't give half or no stars
Terrible tracking system. Missed delivery on the first day. Rang to arrange for drop off next day. Rang on delivery day and was told there was no hours left for driver. No email or text just sit and wait. Redelivery should be a priority especially if I've given authority to leave. Know I don't have what I needed for the weekend.
