The Deck and Alphonsus Pizza

Would have been a 3 star but the food was quick and delicious and saved the day. All staff were blunt and had bad table service manners (reaching over eating guests, moving personal items without asking or mentioning that they were even in the way, staring at us without saying anything holding our orders etc.) except for the lady who warmly greeted us at the front. The area was also over booked with too many people standing around and bumping into us and our table whilst we were eating.nnBeautiful area with exceptional food and will be back at a less busy time.

Male staff are so rude on the phone. No care for customer service. Feel sorry for the kitchen staff they're letting their really good food down.

Today we ordered the beef brisket pizza and pasta special. They were both yummy. High quality food as usual.

We ordered 5 pizzas to takeaway at 530pm on a Friday evening when Alphonsus opened. The online ordering was seamless (despite a small hiccup), the staff were attentive & provided great service when fixing the said hiccup & picking up the pizzas. These pizzas are probably the best woodfired I've ever had, we will definitely be regular customers!
