I stumbled upon the ladies at Destiny after so many disappointing local experiences...walk in the door and you become family! Sue is a terrific colourist and cutter , my granddaughter had her first cut here today (after trying to cut her own!) And honestly I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful experience! I normally have cut and colour....can highly recommend!!

I have been coming in for a while now, and Sue has been doing a great job on my hair. However I have unfortunately had a bad experience with the manager. Prior to this, I had thought to refer my friends to this place but not anymore. She spoke to me very rudely and unprofessional, which left me shocked and uncomfortable. She made a show out of this, infront of staff. I suggest that she needs to have proper training on customer service.

we dropped in for a quick cut, the best hair cut ever, lovely lady, sorry did not get her name but we were the english couple going to the xxxx tour.nwould definitely recommend it really best ever cut would be there again next time we are in oz . good luck with the fires. happy new year. the simpsons
