I hope these ladies take this as constructive criticism because they are talented and can do amazing work. This is why I hesitated at first to write a constructive review. However, their time management is very poor and they overbook, significantly reducing the quality and doubling (not an exaggeration) the time it takes for a treatment. This is because one technician will work on two customers at the same time. This has happened every time I have been there, quiet day or not. After my last (horrible) experience, they lost me as a customer. I called to see if they were quiet and had time on a weekday afternoon to remove acrylic overlay and shellac. They said yes and booked me in for an appointment. I had 1 hour for the appointment, prior to another commitment. However, removal of acrylic overlay is something that should take a professional about 30mins so I agreed to the appointment time. After the technician put my nails to soak in acetone, she disappeared to do another lady's nails. 40mins later, no one had even come to check. I turned around and said I have to leave in 20mins to a meeting. The technician spent another 5mins on that other customers nails, then came back to me to take off the acetone and work on taking the overlay off. Turns out she hadn't soaked one of my nails in acetone at all - the acrylic was completely there still. She soaked that in acetone for 5mins while trying to get the acrylics off the rest of my nails. Horrible experience getting acrylics taken off in 15mins, getting my nails destroyed, on top of being stressed I was going to be late for my commitment. If only it ended there. I paid $10 at the counter. I figured, at least it's not hefty, for the bad condition my nails were left in (see photos). Then another technician called out something to the lady who had taken my payment. The lady then said, sorry, it's actually $20 because of the shellac. Which, fair enough, they can set their prices, but shellac on acrylic overlay is taken off at the same time in exactly the same way?? And they didn't do mine well? So they literally took my change ($10) back off me. I didn't even argue that I needed a discount - it was that awful of an experience! I just left and will never be back because I don't like having my manicure take twice as long, nor do I ever want my nails in this condition again. I have attached a photo of my nails, and a photo of the acrylic that hadn't been soaked and therefore didn't even come off for that $20. It started peeling off my nail later. Horrible. And during my appointment they were still accepting walk ins?! And asking customers trying to walk in to come back in 10mins? This is crazy. I hope these ladies take this feedback on board because if they were given the time or didn’t accept walk ins, they might be doing really good treatments.

If you respect yourself and your time don’t go here. I just waited 90mins while being told 30mins wait when I walked in and then completely ignored. Never an update or apology. They even suggested someone leave after a half finished pedicure. No idea how mad I am after wasting my afternoon and leaving with nothing.

The BEST nail salon I’ve been to! These ladies are very talented at what they do! they put a lot of care into the shaping and my nails always turn out perfect, plus they last a very long time! Very friendly and good value!

I honestly love this place , I got my nails done at this place Wednesday afternoon, my nails were a mass and they did a marvelous job to it. The staff were very friendly the owners were kind and friendly to us and bubbly personality as well. The price was so affordable , I had design done to nails as well really gald I found my local nail shop . Thanks guys great job.

Went in for a manicure and shellac with the removal of my previous shellac colour and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes. There was only 3 other customers in the store at the time. Each layer on each nail took the lady over a minute to apply and it is so messy. I have colour all over my skin and my nails are stuck to the side of my skin by the paint. Colour is still see through.nOne nail she left so lumpy another worker had to come and fix it. My nails look awful and they still charged me $30. I was a loyal customer of this store for the last year but now they won’t be seeing me again sadly. Will no longer be recommending this store to anyone as I usually would have. 0/5 stars, don’t go there.
