Amazing! We had never heard of this place before but my boyfriend and I needed a new bed frame so thought we would have a look. The product and service was amazing! Dave helped us every step of the way and must of liked us because he even delivered it :) thanks home!

We brought a beautiful new lounge. Staff were super helpful. Helped us in making an informed decision on the lounge we chose. While we had an issue with the a piece that was delivered (through no fault of theirs), Melissa helped us get a replacement and we are now super happy with our lounge.

I purchased a bed online. They then call me to advise the bed has arrive and I need to pay. I advised that I have already paid and the response was please provide proof. So, that I did and requested delivery as the current promotion is “FREE BRISBANE DELIVERY ACROSS OUR ENTIRE RANGE!” 2 days later after 2 emails I called to organise delivery, they advised me that delivery is only for items over $500. After the insisting, the best they could do is delivery in 1 week, but sooner if I was to pay for delivery.nThis is one of the hardest online transactions I have ever made, can’t say I am overly happy with the service either.

I went out to your store early so I didn't miss out on the item I was interested in. Your staff were very friendly and said I could wait inside while I was waiting for the start time. I was able to get the picture I wanted also I bought a floor mat and some canvas wall art. All purchases were in very good condition and very reasonable prices. Will be back for sure. Was happy dealing with you.

My wife was trying to contact the store to get an arrival date for a bedroom set we ordered a few weeks back. She rang heaps of times, couldn't get through and so she sent me down to get an answer (we were getting worried no one was answering). When I got there I could see why, lots of customers, not enough staff. I spoke to the girl at reception, poor thing wqs getting the phone constantly ringing, and she eventually got the owner to come have a chat with me. Even while I was talking to him their phone would have rang 20 bloody times. Got my delivery day out of him (now delivered, thanks). I can understand the issues these guys are having, reading reviews all the bad ones all to do with keeping people updated. We would have liked to be kept updated but having seen it first hand, I understand why we weren't. I don't even have a google account and felt compelled to make one to leave a good review. The product we received is fantastic, price excellent and delivery guys excellent.I'll be back. Can only suggest they get more staff!
