Was given a voucher for my 50th. Had been thinking of starting a routine of facials monthly so booked for the top facial - 80min. Was looking forward to the relaxation. Facial was 60min, 20min of product sell. Shame because the lady was lovely and my skin felt great, but came away feeling anxious and stressed.

I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted here and the staff are always really friendly and professional and take their time and lots of care to make sure they do my eyebrows right.

Got the eyebrow wax, lash and eyebrow tint. The woman that did mine was lovely and very professional. I'm happy with the service

Absolutely a waist of time, the rooms are tiny, very tiny. My pedicure, foot peel and shilac was a disappointment, they do a better job at professionail. My feet did not look any different afterwards. Still dead cracked skin. Couldn't give me a refund. Feel ripped off $120 down the drain and 1 hour that I will never get back. Cheers
